Cancellation Policy

At Lash Factor and Spa, we respect and value both your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy:

✨ Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
✨ Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows will result in a $25 fee, which is also required as a minimum deposit to book an appointment.
✨ Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied to a future service if the appointment is rescheduled on time.
